By using this website or booking an appointment through it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. These terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

Content on this website — including articles and service descriptions — is for general information only. It does not create a doctor–patient relationship and is not a substitute for a consultation. This website and online booking are not for emergencies. In an emergency, call 108 or go to the nearest emergency department.

An online booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation by SMS or email. Please give accurate details for the patient being seen. You may reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 4 hours before your appointment. We may need to reschedule if the doctor is called away for an emergency, and will tell you as early as possible.

Teleconsultations are provided in line with the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines applicable in India. The doctor may ask you to visit in person if a physical examination is needed, and some medicines cannot be prescribed through a teleconsultation.

Consultation fees are listed on our Services page and are payable at the clinic unless stated otherwise. Laboratory and diagnostic charges are billed separately. Fees may change; the fee shown at the time of booking applies.

All text, images and design on this website belong to Anvaya Clinic or its licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without permission. Patient testimonials reflect individual experiences; results vary from person to person.

We take care to keep this website accurate and available, but cannot guarantee that it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not responsible for the content of external websites linked from this site, including the booking system and maps.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana.
