Blood Pressure & Heart Health
Control your blood pressure and cholesterol, understand your 10-year heart risk, and lower it — with in-clinic ECG and 24-hour BP monitoring.
OVERVIEW
Protecting your heart, one number at a time
High blood pressure and high cholesterol rarely cause symptoms, yet they are the leading causes of heart attack and stroke. We confirm the diagnosis properly — sometimes with a 24-hour monitor — and calculate your overall heart risk before recommending treatment.
Your plan combines the right medicines at the lowest effective dose with practical changes to salt, activity and sleep. We teach you to check your BP at home, so follow-ups are based on real-life readings.

QUESTIONS
Blood pressure & heart health FAQs
Is one high reading enough to start medicine?
Usually not. We confirm high blood pressure with repeated or 24-hour readings before starting long-term treatment — unless the reading is very high.
Can I stop my BP medicine once my readings are normal?
Normal readings usually mean the medicine is working. Never stop it on your own — some patients can reduce their dose after lifestyle change, and we will guide that safely.
Should I book an appointment for chest pain?
No. Sudden chest pain is an emergency — call 108 or go to the nearest emergency department. Book an appointment only for planned heart-health reviews.
