This website is operated by Anvaya Clinic, Plot 24, Road No. 3, OU Colony, Shaikpet, Hyderabad, Telangana 500008 ("we", "us"). We are the Data Fiduciary for the personal data we collect through this website, our online booking system and at the clinic. We handle your data in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under them, and our professional duty of medical confidentiality.

• Contact details — your name, phone number, email address and age when you book an appointment. • Health information — symptoms, medical history, medicines, test reports and clinical notes that you share with us or that we record during your care. • Payment and insurance details — for billing and reimbursement documents. We do not store card numbers. • Website usage data — basic, anonymised information such as pages visited and device type, if analytics are enabled.

We use your information only to: • schedule, confirm and remind you about appointments; • provide, record and follow up on your medical care; • issue bills, receipts, prescriptions and reports, including for insurance claims; • meet our legal and regulatory obligations as a healthcare provider. We never sell your data, and we never use your health information for marketing.

Appointments booked on this website are handled by Zoho Bookings, a service of Zoho Corporation, which processes your booking details on our behalf. Booking data is used only to manage your appointment and to send confirmations and reminders by SMS and email.

We share your information only when it is needed for your care or required by law — for example with a diagnostic laboratory processing your samples, a specialist or hospital you are referred to, your insurer or TPA when you ask us to support a claim, or government authorities where the law requires it. Anyone we share data with is bound to keep it confidential.

Clinical records are stored in access-controlled systems available only to the clinical and administrative staff who need them, and paper records are kept in locked storage. This website is served over encrypted HTTPS and does not itself store your health information.

Medical records are kept for the period required by the National Medical Commission's regulations and other applicable laws, after which they are securely destroyed. Booking data is deleted from the booking system after 12 months.

You can ask us to: • give you a summary of the personal data we hold about you, and a copy of your medical records; • correct or update inaccurate information; • erase data that we are no longer required to keep; • withdraw consent for optional communications, such as health tips on WhatsApp; • nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf. To make a request, contact our Grievance Officer below. We respond within 30 days.

This website does not use advertising cookies. Pages that show the booking calendar or a map embed content from Zoho and Google, which may set their own cookies under their own privacy policies.
