Arrive 10 minutes early so we can register you and check your vitals before the consultation.

Photo ID Aadhaar, PAN card, passport or driving licence — needed for your medical record.
Health insurance card Your insurance or TPA card and policy number, if you plan to claim reimbursement.
Your current medicines The strips, or a written list of everything you take, including supplements.
Previous reports & prescriptions Blood tests, scans and discharge summaries from the last 12 months.
Your home readings Your glucometer or BP diary, if you monitor at home.

BOOKING HELP

Do I have to pay online?

No. You pay at the clinic after your consultation, by UPI, card or cash.

Can I book for someone else?

Yes. Enter the patient's name, age and phone number in the booking form so reminders reach the right person.

Do you accept walk-ins?

We keep a few walk-in slots in each session, but booked patients are seen first. Booking online is the fastest way to be seen.

How do I book a teleconsultation?

Choose "Teleconsultation" in the booking calendar. You will receive a video-call link by SMS 15 minutes before your slot.
