General guidance after a consultation. Always follow the specific instructions in your own prescription and care plan.
Taking your medicines
- Take each medicine exactly as written on your prescription — dose, time and with or without food.
- Finish the full course of antibiotics, even if you feel better earlier.
- Do not stop long-term medicines (for BP, sugar, thyroid or cholesterol) on your own.
- If you notice a rash, swelling, dizziness or any new symptom after starting a medicine, stop and call us.
Tests and reports
- If we ordered tests, you will receive the reports on WhatsApp or email within 24–48 hours.
- The doctor reviews every report. We will contact you if anything needs attention before your follow-up.
Your follow-up
- Book your follow-up for the date written on your care plan — follow-ups within 14 days for the same concern are charged at the follow-up fee.
- Bring your medicines, home readings and any new reports.
- For non-urgent questions, message us on WhatsApp during clinic hours.
Seek urgent help — call 108 or go to an emergency department — if you have:
- chest pain or pressure, or sudden breathlessness;
- weakness or numbness on one side, slurred speech or a drooping face;
- fainting, confusion or severe drowsiness;
- high fever with a stiff neck, rash or confusion;
- vomiting blood, black stools or severe abdominal pain.
